Postage is based upon weight and product size and is added upon check-out .

This delivery is based within the UK.

Orders are dispatched the same working day if ordered in the morning and if ordered later in the day your item will be dispatched the next working day. If you need your item delivered by a certain time, call us and we will do our best to arrange delivery to suit your needs.

Returns

We are happy to refund any orders where the product is faulty.

To recieve a refund just send us an email ( mark.watts7@btinternet.com ) or call us outlining the problem, then post the item back to us. You will receive a refund usually on the same working day that we receive the item.
